What is special about the cotton you use at Pink Lemonade?
All our products are Oeko-Tex certified, that means it is completely free from harmful chemicals and safe for human use. To attain Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, the fabric has been tested and certified to be free from harmful levels of more than 100 substances known to be harmful to human health.

All our products are made of combed cotton. Combed cotton is softer than regular cotton because it doesn't have any impurities or short protruding threads, and it is stronger than regular cotton because the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage. After combing, the straightened fibers join together more tightly, leading to less fraying and unraveling.

What are Azo free dyes?
Azo is a chemical compound in dyes that can cause cancer. Azo free dyes are dyes that don’t have azo. All our products are Azo free.

How do I clean my products?
Please refer to the instructions on the product label.

Are your products pre-shrunk?
Yes. We use pre shrunk cotton, so there will be no shrinking after washing.

Can I iron my blanket?
Yes. you can use a light iron, if necessary.

Can I tumble dry my blanket?
Yes. You can use the delicate/light tumble dry option. You can also lay flat to dry. No line drying please.

How do I redeem my promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout and the discount will be automatically applied to the total amount.

Can I get in touch for bulk orders?
Absolutely! We typically require 45 days notice to process orders over 100 pieces in a single design. Email us at info@pinklemonade.us for bulk order enquiries.

When will my order be shipped?
Most in stock items will ship within 48 hours,and usually same day or next day. If an order is back-ordered our team will get in touch via email.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Ground shipping : 3-7 business days
Expedited shipping : 1-3 business days

Will I be notified once the order is shipped?
Yes, a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order will be sent as soon as the the order is shipped.

Will all the items in my order be shipped as one package?
Yes, typically all items ship in one package. If an order is back-ordered our team will get in touch via email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. However, online order are only shipped to the USA. Email us at info@pinklemonade.us for shipping outside the USA.

How will I pay for customs duty for my order?
You will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in at the time it is received in your country. We do not add it to your order amount as it varies from each country.

Do you accept return?
Pink lemonade has a no questions asked hassle-free return and exchange policy. We would just like you to share your order number, the information of the product(s) and, an image of the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange to qualify for the procedure and fasten the process.

What if I receive a defected/wrong product or an incomplete order?
If you wish to get a refund for a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours.

Is it a manufacturing defect if the printed design is not perfect?
Most Pink Lemonade products are handcrafted, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.

How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange for your order, email us on info@pinklemonade.us within 30 days of receiving your order. In case you wish to get a refund for a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours.

After how many days can I return/exchange my product?
We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products in original packaging and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

How long will it take to process my return?
Usually, it takes 7-10 business days from the time we receive a return request.

What condition do the products have to be in to qualify as a return?
The product must be in perfect condition with the labels and tags intact. Products with woven or law labels removed will be considered used. We cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear, discoloration due to bleach, benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acid or residual bleach from previous loads, and cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or professional dry cleaners.

What happens after I am eligible for a return or exchange?
After verification at our facility we will provide you a replacement for the same. Replacement will not have any extra shipping charges.

How will I receive my refund?
Returns are refunded in the original payment form excluding shipping and handling.

Is my shipping charge also refunded?
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The cost of the returned merchandise if in resalable condition will be credited to you in the original form of payment. Email us at info@pinklemonade.us for any further questions.

What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?
Our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion.
